In addition to Coppermine Bore, Western Uranium will also seek to identify, evaluate and acquire further uranium interests in Australia and overseas. Western Uranium has the right to earn a 50% interest in the Coppermine Bore Project from Prairie Downs Metals Limited through expenditure of $1 million on the Project, and a further 25% interest through additional expenditure on the Project of $2 million. Prairie Downs Metals’ 25% interest will be free carried through to a decision to mine.
